1. Definitions

"You" and “Your” refers to the customer who has accessed our website and intends to place or has placed an order for our product(s).
"We", “Us”, and “Our” refers to LUX Design.
The Definitions, Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer of Warranties and Liabilities (together, the "Terms") apply throughout our website and during any written correspondence between you and us. If there is any conflict between these Terms and any terms or conditions found elsewhere on our website, or in any written communication between you and us, these Terms shall prevail.

2. Terms & Conditions

We provide an online service whereby you can order Web Services (Products).
You may only purchase Products from our website if you are at least 18 years old. You must register with us and provide certain personal information, including your name, address, gender and date of birth to purchase a product.
Payment must be received in full in cleared funds prior to the processing of your order. Once payment is received, we will confirm our acceptance of your order by sending you a confirmation email ("Acceptance Confirmation"). The contract between us will only be formed on the date we send you the Acceptance Confirmation (the "Contract").
The prices of our Products will be as quoted on our website at the time you submit your order. The prices may change from time to time but these changes will not affect any order you have already placed.
You may pay for Products using your PayPal account or using a debit or credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Visa Electron, Maestro) through PayPal website secure payments.
After your payment has been processed we will send you an email with further details regarding the product you have ordered.
The order is valid for 6 (six) months from the date we contact you by email (the "Validity Period"). If we do not receive any reply from you within the Validity Period your order will expire and you will not be entitled to a refund.
Delivery of the service shall be completed upon our Trial will be accepted from you.
If, for any reason, we are unable to perform a service you have ordered, we will inform you by email. We will refund you the full amount you have paid within 5 working days. A working day is any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday in England.
We may contact you by post, email or telephone regarding your order and service if necessary.
Once we have sent the Acceptance Confirmation you will have 14 days within which to cancel your order. If you cancel your order within this time period, we will deduct £50 from the money you have paid and refund the difference within 5 working days.

We may transfer our rights and obligations under a Contract to another organisation, but this will not affect your rights or our obligations under the Terms.
This Contract is between you and us. No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms, whether under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 or otherwise.
We may amend the Terms from time to time.
